Shipping & Transit Times

All in-stock products ordered Monday – Friday from our website or directly from ZOE on amazon, will ship the same day your order is completed as long as it is placed before 12pm EST (eastern standard time). If your order is placed after 12pm EST, your order will ship on the next business day.

The below are exceptions and the resulting time frame:

  • An out of stock (pre-order) item is ordered – your order will ship once the item is back in stock (each out of stock item has an estimated shipping date listed on the product page and the dates are color and model specific. These dates are estimated and could change)
  • Your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday for an in-stock item – your order will ship on Monday
  • Your order is placed on a major holiday – your order will ship on the first business day after the major holiday

All orders ship from our South Carolina warehouse. The below transit map shows how many business days it will take for your shipment to arrive if you choose the Free Ground Shipping option during checkout. Please note that FedEx Home Delivery does not consider Saturday or Sunday as “transit or delivery days”. Saturday delivery is not an option with our shipping methods. FedEx reserves Saturday deliveries for Priority Overnight shipments which we do not offer.

Expedited Shipping:

If you need to receive your shipment quicker than the above map shows, you can choose an expedited shipping method during checkout! All of the above shipping information applies to expedited shipments as well except for the transit days. You can alter the amount of transit days according to the expedited shipping method you choose. So, 3-Day Shipping guarantees 3 transit days or less, 2-Day Shipping guarantees 2 transit days or less, Overnight Shipping guarantees 1 transit day.

International Shipping:

We do not currently ship internationally. It is possible that this changes in the future, but we do not plan to change this in the foreseeable future. If you have someone here in the US or a freight forwarding company that could receive the package on your behalf we’d be more than happy to ship to their domestic address. All you have to do is place your order with the domestic address as your shipping address. Please keep in mind that our Free Return Shipping policy does not apply to International Orders and all warranty parts can only be shipped domestically as well.

Hawaii & Alaska:

We do currently ship to Hawaii & Alaska for a flat fee of $49.99 per order. Please keep in mind that our Free Return Shipping policy does not apply to address in Hawaii & Alaska.
