There is zero risk in purchasing a ZOE stroller… well only $10 of risk!

We only sell direct to consumers like yourself and do not sell to stores. This is how we’re able to offer such wonderful products with so many features for such affordable prices!

Our return policy is really awesome! We offer $10 Flat-Rate Return Shipping within 365 Days of Purchase as long as the item has only been tested within your home with no food or drink and you have all of the original packing materials, box, and parts! It just can’t be used outside or show any signs of use.

Why go to a store to test our products when we’ll bring the store to you!?

It’s as simple as that! If you’re on the edge and think a ZOE stroller is right for you, order and it and see it in person with no risk!

The Returns Process:

If you purchase one of our products and decide to return it, we will verify with you that it indeed abides by our return policy and then send you a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label right away. You will just need to print off the label, place it on the package, and drop it off at the nearest FedEx drop-off location. Once your package arrives back at our warehouse, we will quickly inspect the item and then issue a refund accordingly minus the $10 return shipping flat-rate fee.

Please note: You are welcome to use your own shipping carrier if you prefer, but we cannot reimburse any shipping fees paid to return packages to our facility. The only way to receive the $10 flat-rate return shipping is to use our pre-paid label that we send directly to you.

Also, our $10 Flat-Rate return shipping offer only applies to orders placed directly on our website. This offer does not apply to orders placed on Amazon. Amazon has an option for a discounted prepaid return label as well, but it is typically much higher than the $10 flat-rate label we provide. This is one of the benefits of placing your order directly on the ZOE website!

We do not offer $10 Flat-Rate Return Shipping from locations outside the contiguous (mainland) United States. We do not currently offer $10 Flat-Rate Return Shipping from Hawaii, Alaska, or international addresses.

We wish we didn’t even have to mention it, but if we receive a return that has obviously been used and does not abide by our return policy, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product’s purchase price and 100% of the return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. Don’t let this scare you as we almost never have to do this, but we have to protect ourselves from being taken advantage of and our awesome return policy from being abused!
